Nous n'avons pas besoin d'être anxieux lorsque nous pouvons tout confier au Seigneur de l'univers. Nos prières doivent être une déclaration honnête de nos besoins, puis une action de grâce pour le fait que le Seigneur nous a entendus et qu'il agira pour notre bien ultime. La paix au-delà de notre compréhension inondera nos cœurs. Le Christ gardera nos cœurs de tout ce qui pourrait nous affliger. La prière est un moment pour méditer sur des pensées créatives et positives sur le Christ et sur ce qu'il est capable de faire avec nos problèmes.

We need not be anxious when we can turn everything over to the Lord of the universe. Our prayers are to be an honest statement of our need and then thanksgiving for the fact that the Lord has heard us and will act for our ultimate good. Peace beyond our understanding will flood our hearts. Christ will guard our hearts from anything which could distress us. Prayer is a time to meditate on creative, positive thoughts about Christ and what He is able to do with our problems.
