L'inverse du péché

La louange est, essentiellement, l'inverse du péché. Le péché a commencé (et commence) lorsque nous succombons à la tentation, "Vous serez comme des dieux". Nous nous faisons le centre de l'univers et détrônons Dieu. En revanche, l'adoration consiste à donner à Dieu sa vraie valeur ; c'est le reconnaître comme étant le Seigneur de toutes choses, et le Seigneur de tout dans notre vie. Il est, en effet, le Dieu Très-Haut !

Worship is, essentially, the reverse of sin. Sin began (and begins) when we succumb to the temptation, “You shall be as gods.” We make ourselves the center of the universe and dethrone God. By contrast, worship is giving God his true worth; it is acknowledging Him to be the Lord of all things, and the Lord of everything in our lives. He is, indeed, the Most High God!
