L'évangélique donne toujours la primauté à la prédication. Lorsque les gens cessent de s'intéresser à la prédication, ils cessent d'être évangéliques. Si vous faites passer les discussions avant la prédication, vous commencez à renier votre évangélisme. L'église commence par la prédication. Les réveils, les réformations, ont toujours été de grandes restaurations de la prédication. Pour l'évangélique, rien n'est comparable à la prédication. Même la lecture est très secondaire par rapport à la prédication - "la vérité médicamentée par la personnalité", l'impact d'un homme rempli de l'Esprit qui proclame le message de Dieu !

The evangelical always gives primacy to preaching. When people cease to be interested in preaching, they cease to be evangelical. If you put discussions before preaching you are beginning to deny your evangelicalism. The church starts with preaching. Revivals, reformations, have always been great restorations of preaching. To the evangelical, nothing compares with preaching. Even reading is very secondary to preaching – “truth medicated through personality,” the impact of a man filled with the Spirit proclaiming the message of God!
