Son enseignement surpasse tout enseignement des saints hommes, et ceux qui ont son Esprit y trouvent la manne cachée. Mais il y en a beaucoup qui, bien qu'ils entendent souvent l'Évangile, n'en éprouvent pas le désir, parce qu'ils n'ont pas la pensée de Christ. Celui donc qui veut comprendre pleinement et avec une vraie sagesse les paroles du Christ, qu'il s'efforce de conformer toute sa vie à cette pensée du Christ.
