Considérez tous les titres que Jésus aurait pu utiliser pour se définir sur terre : Roi des rois, le grand JE SUIS, le Commencement et la Fin, le Seigneur de tous, Jéhovah, Haut et Saint. Tous ces titres et une douzaine d'autres auraient été appropriés. Mais Jésus ne les a pas utilisés. Au lieu de cela, il s'est appelé le Fils de l'Homme.

All of these and a dozen others would have been appropriate. But Jesus didn’t use them. Instead, he called himself the Son of Man.
