[La paix] est l'essence même de Sa nature, l'un de Ses attributs. Dieu est en tout temps en paix parfaite, sans aucune discorde en Lui-même. Il n'est jamais stressé, inquiet, anxieux, craintif, incertain ou menacé. Il est toujours parfaitement calme, tranquille et satisfait. Aucune surprise pour son omniscience, aucun changement pour son immuabilité, aucune menace pour sa souveraineté, aucun doute pour obscurcir sa sagesse, aucun péché pour entacher sa sainteté. Même Sa colère est claire, contrôlée, calme et confiante.

[Peace] is the very essence of His nature, one of His attributes. God is at all times at perfect peace, without any discord within Himself. He is never under stress, worried, anxious, fearful, unsure, or threatened. He is always perfectly calm, tranquil, and content.
