Le changement peut être difficile ! Il y a une résistance naturelle au changement, mais parfois nous (l'église) luttons un peu trop avec le changement, le rendant plus difficile qu'il ne devrait l'être. Après tout, les choses ont beaucoup changé au cours des 2000 dernières années et elles continueront à le faire jusqu'au retour du Christ. Certains des mots les plus efficaces qui empêchent une église d'aller de l'avant sont "nous ne l'avons jamais fait de cette façon auparavant".

Change can be difficult! There is a natural resistance to change, but sometimes we (the church) struggle a little too much with change, making it harder than it needs to be. After all, things have changed a lot in the last 2,000 years and they will continue to do so until the return of Christ. Some of the most effective words that hinder a church from moving forward are “we’ve never done it that way before.”
