"Dans l'ombre de Sa main, il me cache." Quel merveilleuse image du soin nourrissant et rempli d'amour avec lequel Dieu entoure Ses enfants. C'est comme si chacune de nos mains étaient dans la main de Dieu, formant un bouclier protecteur contre tout danger, nous autorisant un abri contre la chaleur torride de l'adversité. Quand nous sommes cachés dans l'ombre de Sa main, aucun ennemi ne peut nous faire peur, aucun mal ne peut nous être fait. Sous sa main protectrice, nous sommes en sécurité contre tout mal qui nous assaillirait. L'ombre de Sa main nous apporte la paix et le repos. Pour Jésus, la main qui montre l'ombre enlève en chacun de nous le poids de notre culpabilité et honte. Dans l'ombre de sa main, nous trouvons un rafraichissement spirituel, car nous nous nourrissons ici de Sa Parole, et ici nous sommes blessés par son Esprit, qui restaure nos âmes et renouvelle nos cœurs. Esaie 49:2

"In the shadow of
His hand He hid me." What a beautiful picture of the loving,
nurturing care with which God surrounds His children. It is as though
the hand of God were cupped over each of us, forming its protective
shield against all danger, affording us shelter from the blazing heat
of adversity. Because we are hidden in the shadow of His hand, no foe
can alarm us, no harm can befall us. Under His protecting hand we are
safe from every evil that would assail us. The shadow of His hand
affords peace and rest. For Jesus' sake, the hand that casts the
shadow removes from us our every burden of guilt and shame. In the
shadow of His hand we find spiritual refreshment, for there we feed
on His Word, and there we are blessed by His Spirit, who restores our
souls and renews our hearts. Isaiah 49:2
