Jésus est le Roi des rois, le rayonnement de sa gloire, le Seigneur de l'univers sans espace, fabuleux et infini, omniscient, omnipotent, omniprésent, d'une sainteté indicible, habitant la lumière, inaccessible, immuable... et pourtant, il a condescendu à être enfermé dans une chair humaine humble, à naître dans un Judéen méprisé, dans une étable crasseuse, dans le ventre d'une simple femme israélienne, sans fanfare ni pompe.
