"La chair et le sang ne peuvent hériter du royaume de Dieu" (1 Corinthiens 15:50). L'entrée au ciel exige un corps racheté. Le corps doit être débarrassé de la loi du péché à l'œuvre dans ses membres. À l'heure actuelle, l'esprit est volontaire mais la chair est faible. Le jour vient cependant où, au lieu d'être un obstacle à l'esprit, le corps sera le vaisseau parfait pour l'expression de mon esprit, de ma volonté et de mes émotions glorifiés. Pour l'instant, nous portons notre âme à l'intérieur. Mais un jour, nous serons "vêtus de justice" et nous porterons notre âme à l'extérieur, brillante et glorieuse.

“Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God” (1 Corinthians 15:50). Entrance to heaven requires a redeemed body. The body must be rid of the law of sin at work in its members. At the present time, the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. The day is coming, however, when instead of being a hindrance to the spirit, the body will be the perfect vessel for the expression of my glorified mind, will, and emotions. Right now, we wear our souls on the inside. But one day we will be “clothed in righteousness” as we wear our souls on the outside, brilliant and glorious.
