Telle est la volonté de Dieu que le Christ a faite et enseignée : l'humilité dans la conversation, la constance dans la foi, la modestie dans les paroles, la justice dans les actes, la miséricorde dans les œuvres, la discipline dans les mœurs, l'incapacité de faire le mal et la capacité de supporter le mal fait, le maintien de la paix avec les frères, l'amour de Dieu de tout notre cœur, l'amour comme un Père, la crainte comme Dieu, ne rien préférer au Christ (parce qu'il n'a rien préféré à nous), l'adhésion inséparable à son amour, le maintien courageux et fidèle à sa croix.
