Même l'adultère n'est pas le péché impardonnable. C'est un péché terrible, mais Dieu interdit qu'il y ait quelqu'un qui se sente exclu de l'amour de Dieu ou de son royaume à cause de l'adultère. Non, si vous vous repentez vraiment, si vous réalisez l'énormité de votre péché et si vous vous en remettez à l'amour, à la miséricorde et à la grâce illimités de Dieu, vous pouvez être pardonné et je vous assure de ce pardon. Mais écoutez les mots de notre Seigneur béni : "Va et ne pèche plus".

Even adultery is not the unforgiveable sin. It is a terrible sin, but God forbid that there should be anyone who feels that he or she has sinned himself or herself outside the love of God or outside His kingdom because of adultery. No; if you truly repent and realize the enormity of your sin and cast yourself upon the boundless love and mercy and grace of God, you can be forgiven and I assure you of pardon. But hear the words of our blessed Lord: “Go and sin no more.”
