Pour que l'homme puisse travailler, il doit disposer d'outils et de matériaux, mais Dieu a commencé par rien et, par sa seule parole, il a créé toutes choses à partir de rien. L'intellect ne peut pas le saisir. Dieu "a parlé et cela a été fait, il a ordonné et cela a tenu" (Ps. 33:9). La matière originelle a entendu Sa voix. Dieu dit : "Que le monde soit... et il en fut ainsi" (Gn 1).

Before man can work he must have both tools and materials, but God began with nothing, and by His Word alone out of nothing made all things. The intellect cannot grasp it.
