A l'oeuvre dans ma vie

“Dieu est à l'oeuvre dans ma vie. Et pourquoi devrait-il faire une telle chose ? il ne peut y avoir aucune explication : c'est parce qu'il a choisi de le faire. Mon salut dépends alors de Dieu. Il m'a choisi dans la grâce. Et ce Dieu ne change pas. Ayant mis Son amour en moi, échouera-t-il à m'amener dans le ciel ? Va-t-il échouer à me sauver éternellement ce qu'Il a choisi de sauver ?  Va-t-il échouer à finir le travail qu'Il a travaillé.”

And this God is unchangeable. Having set His love on me, will He fail to bring me to Heaven? Will he fail to save eternally what He has chosen to save? Will He fail to complete the work He has started?”
